The winner of the 2019 GreenWay Open Art Prize is Eunjoo Jang who has won a prize package valued at $6,000 for her work Tuesday in Newtown (pictured).

A new work by Craig Bunker, aka Bunkwaa, an Australian comic book artist and cartoonist, is the next to feature at Inner West Council’s ArtSeat.

Inner West Council’s Cooks to Cove GreenWay plan has won the AILA 2019 National Landscape Architecture Award for Urban Design.

Inner West Council Mayor Darcy Byrne will officially open the inclusive playground and Cooks River Parklands upgrade on Wednesday, 6 November, 12pm.

The decision follows the recent successful naming of Little Portugal in Petersham, which recognises the close ties of that area with the Portuguese community.
