Local creative Beatrice Buckland-Willis @ Footprints EcoFestival 25 August

Whites Creek Cottage Artist in Residence, Beatrice Buckland-Willis will be holding a workshop at Council’s sustainability showcase event Footprints EcoFestival. Head along to experience their art as they (with co-artist in residence: Jacqueline Larcombe) show community how to make postcard prints using found objects from the local environment. Beatrice is a print maker and installation artist whose work is influenced by their experience of living with chronic pain. Read more about Beatrice and their work on Council's website

Artist Opportunities

School students are invited to shape the future of Sydney's historic White Bay Power Station by participating in the 2024 Creative Communities Competition - Placemaking NSW is inviting the next generation of creative minds to showcase their talents and ideas for the future of this one-of-a-kind place. Submit your work for your chance to win exciting prizes and have your artwork displayed at White Bay Power Station. Competition closes 25 August, midnight.
