Gurbuchi is a living drink, a blend of traditional Aboriginal fermenting practices and Manchurian kombucha brewing, made with wild-harvested native ingredients including Guradji.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to brew your own gurbuchi, explore its potential health benefits, and find out how to flavour it using native Australian ingredients.
About the facilitator:
Jesse Lore is a Guringai man, environmental scientist, and founder of LORE Australia. With over 30 years in the native food industry, Jesse connects people to Country and Culture through food, gut health, and the sustainable use of Australian native plants.
