Herb Greedy Hall Upgrade

• Project description: 

      Herb Greedy Hall is a popular medium sized community hire venue. This refurbishment will include:

• Accessibility improvement works have been brought forward and will include:
  • New access ramp
  • Construction of new accessible toilet
  • Reconfiguration and refurbishment of male/female toilets to include ambulant cubicles
• Structural repairs
• Electrical upgrades - solar PV system, LED lighting, energy efficient fans, and air-conditioning
• Building condition works including painting, roof repairs to address water leaks, and repair of water damaged ceiling and eaves lining
• Kitchen refurbishment and bathroom refurbishment
• Reconfiguration of storage facilities
• Project address: 79 Petersham Road, Marrickville 
• Progress:
  • DA submission being prepared
  • It is envisioned that construction works will commence in the first quarter of 2024
