Feel the Love: Inner West Pride Walk launch
Council's Feel the Love celebration returns for Mardi Gras 2026 with a Pride History Panel to launch the Inner West Pride Walk.
The Inner West Pride Walk will celebrate significant LGBTQ+ histories across the Inner West. This exciting queer history project will include commemorative plaques, maps, and online information.
Join us on 20 February from 5.30pm at the Inner West Pride Centre to learn more about it, as a panel of community speakers explores the vibrant queer history of the Inner West.
Booking is free. RSVP for catering purposes.
Mardi Gras Parade Live Screening
Our free live screening of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade returns on 28 February 2026!
Get down to Camperdown Memorial Rest Park from 4pm for a relaxed picnic-style afternoon with craft activities, drag performances, and a free community BBQ.
From 7pm, you can enjoy all the glitz and glamour of Parade night live on the big screen!

'Get to Know Your Neighbour'
In 2021, we launched a community film called 'Get to Know Your Neighbour' featuring members of our diverse Inner West LGBTQ+ community. The feature focuses on the friendships people form despite sexuality, age, race and gender.
