Osteoarthritis: To Exercise or Not?

Discover how the right exercise can help reduce joint stiffness, improve movement and support independence while living with osteoarthritis.

Living with osteoarthritis doesn't mean you have to stop moving.

Join our Exercise Physiologists for this free community information session to learn how exercise can play an important role in managing osteoarthritis and maintaining an active lifestyle.

We'll separate common myths from current evidence, explain why movement is important for joint health, and explore the types of exercise that can help improve strength, mobility and confidence.

You'll also gain practical tips to help you stay active safely and better understand why pain doesn't always mean damage.

Ideal for people living with osteoarthritis, family members and carers, or anyone interested in learning how movement supports healthier joints and greater independence.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available after the session, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

Hosted by Monday Club in Balmain.
