Vietnamese MyTime is a warm and welcoming community for Vietnamese‑speaking parents and carers of children with disability, developmental delay or concerns about development. It offers a relaxed space to connect, share information and find support from others who understand your experiences.

Facilitated by Vy Phan, Plumtree’s Vietnamese Family Support Worker, this informal group provides time to talk about your week, ask questions and join discussions shaped by members. Sessions may include guest speakers or simple wellbeing activities chosen by the group. It is a supportive break from appointments and therapy, giving you space to focus on yourself and connect with others.

You’re welcome to join any session or tell us during registration if you prefer a specific one.

This program is for: Parents, family members and primary carers of children aged 0 to 18 years with disability, developmental delay, neurodivergence or developmental concerns.

When: Five fortnightly sessions during the school term. All sessions run from 10am to 12pm AEST.

Childminding: Please contact us if you need childminding.

Sessions are facilitated in Vietnamese by Vy, Vietnamese peer worker.
