MyTime Marrickville

MyTime is a free peer support program for parents and carers of children aged 0-18 years with disability, developmental delay, neurodivergence, chronic medical conditions, or concerns about their development.

It's a chance to take a break from appointments and daily demands, connect with other parents and carers, share experiences, ask questions, and support one another.

MyTime Marrickville is facilitated by parent peer workers who have lived experience raising children with disability or developmental delay. Members help shape the group by suggesting discussion topics and activities.

At MyTime, you can:

• Connect with other families over tea or coffee
• Share ideas, experiences and practical tips
• Learn from guest speakers and group discussions
• Take part in activities that support wellbeing

When: Fortnightly during school terms, 11am to 1pm (NSW, ACT, VIC and TAS time).

Childminding: Available for preschool-aged children, subject to bookings and availability.
