Take a break and connect with other parents at MyTime Marrickville. Share experiences, learn new ideas, and enjoy time for yourself in a supportive space. Together, we plan sessions that meet your needs as a carer. Join us for conversation, learning and care.

Four fortnightly sessions, plus one workshop session (2 hours each):

• Session 1, Wednesday 4 February: Planning for the year ahead
• Session 2, Wednesday 18 February: Predictable routines for family life
• Session 3, Wednesday 18 March: Creative mealtimes
• Session 4, Wednesday 1 April: Finding joy in the everyday moments

All sessions from 11am to 1pm AEDT. You are welcome to attend any session.

Session 5, Thursday 5 March, 7.30pm to 9.30pm AEDT: Caring for Autistic children and young people
