Möbius Millinery

Drawing on the work of paper artist Richard Sweeney, paper engineer Paul Jackson and computational origamist Jun Mitani, participants are invited to play with the mysterious Möbius Strip to explore the millinery design potential inherent in this magical mathematical object. This delightful maths-making experience reminds us that curves have an appeal that straight lines cannot satisfy.
