Four consecutive Wednesday mornings, starting on Wednesday 27 May.
This initiative brings together high school students and older adults to participate in shared activities, conversation, and gentle movement. Participants explore the value of intergenerational connection and learn from one another’s experiences.
One of the four sessions will feature the Intergenerational Fit for Fun Circuit by Marilynn Olson from Ageing for Better, an inclusive movement circuit designed to support functional strength, balance, confidence, and social engagement.
Free morning tea provided.
This program is open to seniors only, and places are strictly limited. Attendance at all four sessions is required.
