Ever picked up a book just because the cover caught your eye? That's great design at work. In this hands-on workshop, book designer and illustrator Susan Le takes you inside the world of professional cover design. 

You'll explore what makes a great cover, experiment with your own ideas and get a real look at what it's like to work in the industry.

Susan is a 2024 ABDA Emerging Designer award winner whose work on the Dymocks Classics series, including Wuthering Heights and The Picture of Dorian Gray, has been shortlisted for the 2026 Australian Book Design Awards.
