Criptonite

The Glimmerverse is here. But soon, it will disappear.

After the 16 May preview at FunHaus Factory, bar staff said it was the best show they’d ever seen in the venue.

Criptonite takes place inside the Glimmerverse, a sparkling galaxy built from childhood imagination. The stage becomes a glitter-drenched space station where unicorns, mermaids and cosmic creatures collide in a continuous, high skill performance.

Pole, aerial, live vocals and comedy combine in a fully immersive circus theatre experience that is bold, cheeky, chaotic, sensual and unforgettable.

Created by international pole artist Deb Roach, Criptonite: Intergalactic Redux weaves story, music and movement into one seamless journey where every act connects and the world unfolds in real time.

Things once imagined now live on stage. The Glimmerverse arrived in May 2025 and disappears on 30 May, 2026.

This is your only chance to step inside it.

Criptonite is a lived experience of disability show, performed by a cast with lived experience of disability. Friday and Saturday performances will be Auslan interpreted and audio described.
