Building Tots Playgroup

The playgroup is a family-centred playgroup, with Aspect staff in attendance who have knowledge and understanding of autism and child development. It is for any child aged 0-3 years and their parent/carer. Supports are aimed at children who are not yet attending an early childhood education and care setting.

Playgroup aims

• Practical strategies to implement with children.
• An opportunity for parents to connect with other families.
• An opportunity for children to play and engage with each other.

Who can attend?

Any child aged 0-4 years who is not yet attending early childhood education and care setting.

What do I bring?

• A healthy morning tea snack (please do not bring any nut products).
• A drink bottle of water, a sun hat and sunscreen.
• Any change of clothes or nappies you may need during this time.
• Adults are required to be onsite and supporting their child at all times.

When is the playgroup?

The playgroup runs from 9:45am to 11:15am on Wednesdays. Term 2 of the playground runs from 29 April to 17 June.

Where is the playgroup?

Marrickville Connect, within Marrickville West Primary School. Enter through Livingstone Road.
