Will my loan be shortened after I’ve already borrowed an item?
No. The 10‑day loan applies at the time of checkout.
Can I renew a High Demand Title?
No, these items can’t be renewed so they can move quickly to the next reader.
How will I know if a title is High Demand with a reduced loan period.
You will be notified by a message on the screen at checkout and the loans receipt slip will have the correct due date.
Does the reservation period change?
No. You have seven days to collect your item once we've sent you a message. If not collected during this time, it will pass onto the next person in the queue.
