Managing an infringement
Council has an agreement with Revenue NSW for administering fines. Council issues the fines, and Revenue NSW undertakes their review and determination.
We understand that sometimes people believe that an infringement has been issued incorrectly or unfairly, or there were circumstances the officer wasn't aware of, and may wish to have the infringement reviewed.
All enquiries or concerns should be directed to Revenue NSW.

Fines Act 1996 reporting
Recent amendments to the Fines Act 1996 require Council to publish a report for the community detailing the number of instances and reasons where a penalty notice was not attached to a vehicle.
