Our experienced yoga instructors provide expert guidance to support your practice, whether you're just beginning your yoga journey or looking to deepen your existing practice. All skill levels welcome.
Stretch & Meditation
Join us for a peaceful hour of meditation by the water - gentle movement, breath awareness and stillness. Sessions will include light stretching, guided breathing and short meditations suitable for everyone, especially those new to meditation.

We recommend all participants bring their own yoga mat. Participants aged 14 and 15 may attend with a parent or responsible person over the age of 18.
