Principles for planning in Inner West - closing 6 August

In December 2023, the NSW Government announced two housing reforms that would impact Greater Sydney, the Hunter and Illawarra Regions.

The purpose of the reforms is to deliver new homes in well located areas over the five years from 1 July 2024.

We are seeking your views on our planning principles and your broader ideas about planning in the Inner West.
