Click & Collect will be available from Monday 20 September.
Reserved items can be collected from Marrickville, Balmain, Leichhardt or Ashfield Libraries.
Safety is paramount so before visiting our libraries please read the guidelines below.
Alternatively, our digital collection is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How Click & Collect works
Reserve up to 40 titles on-line or via phone. Search the catalogue here.
Nominate your pick-up point: Ashfield, Balmain, Leichhardt or Marrickville Libraries.
When the items are available they will be added to your library account and held for five days.
We will text or email when your items can be collected. Do not attend the library until you have received notification.
Pick up at your nominated library entrance Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, weekends from 11am-5pm.
Safety First
Please do not attend the library unless you have reserved an item and have received confirmation that it’s ready.
Do not use Click & Collect if you reside in an area of concern as outlined by NSW Health advice. Check the latest information here.
If you are sick or self-isolating please do not return items (late fees are waived).
When collecting items, check in to the library using a QR code, wear a mask and maintain social distancing rules.
If you are from an area of concern and are notified of a reservation please call the library and do not attend our sites.
