EDGE Inner West is a festival that sweeps across spaces where histories are held within the land, waterways, and architecture of site. In 2024 EDGE Inner West will be presented in partnership with the Biennale of Sydney across three weekends in April; with a program of works by performance artists excavating stories ingrained in local land or reimagining the future that will befall us.
EDGE Inner West will see two weekends of new and reimagined performance commissions, at White Bay Power Station (6-7 April) and Petersham Town Hall (13-14 April); followed by a weekend of talks programming at White Bay (27-28 April).
If you’re an artist with a strong idea for a performance responding to the sites of White Bay Power Station or Petersham Town Hall, Inner West Council will be accepting expressions of interest from 1 November 2023. For guidelines, to apply and for more information please visit Council's website.
