EDGE - Art Camp on the GreenWay

From 16 April to 9 May a 24 day on site residency project will see nature and creativity converge in one breathtaking hub.

Both the natural and creative worlds are at a tipping point – impacted by urban growth, climate crisis and now Covid. We face enormous challenges for our ecosystems to survive and thrive.
Council has funded 20 arts projects to explore these issues in creative spaces such as shipping containers, under bridges and in community venues like the Wanderers, Café Bones and Canal Road Film Centre.

Come along to wander the site, meet artists and see their work develop, or book in for workshops, talks and pop-up performances sharing insights into how art is made. See the full program on Council's website here

Some of the EDGE works developed at EDGE Greenway will be presented at Council's Inner West Fest activations rolling out across the Inner West over 2021. If you have a creative idea you’d like considered for Inner West Fest, then Expression of Interests are now open for Djarrawunang (Ashfield), Midjuburri (Marrickville) and Damun (Stanmore) closing on 3 May. Online applications can be found at Inner West Fest - Inner West Council
