Dancer/choreographer/yoga instructor Paul Cordeiro is your guide on this journey of marvellous music, movement and imagination. Paul has designed this class so that participants can easily follow his lead as well as finding their own creative language of dance. Open to people 55yrs+ and perfect for absolute beginners.
