GreenWay missing links | Inner West Council

Construction on the GreenWay missing links took place in five places simultaneously from August 2023 to December 2025.

GreenWay missing links construction included:

3 new tunnels (Longport Street, Davis Street and Constitution Road) and 2 new underpasses (Parramatta Road and New Canterbury Road)
3.5m wide concrete and raised shared paths
ecological restoration
8 new public artworks
path lighting
rest areas with seating, water bubblers and bike repair stations
park, sport facilities and playground upgrades
dog off leash area, wetland creation and stormwater management
