Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander collection
The library actively collects a range of materials written and produced by and about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, reflecting the history, art, language and contemporary culture of Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Materials include print, online, and audiovisual formats for all ages, covering fiction and non-fiction genres.
All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander related items in our collection have an Aboriginal flag sticker on them and are easily identified. You can also browse our collection online. Here are some links to get you started:
