The Leichhardt DCP 2013 replaced all of the former DCPs listed below, except for the Balmain Leagues Club site. This Balmain Leagues Club site was deferred from the Leichhardt DCP 2013 by the Department of Planning and Infrastructure until such time as the current project application is finalised.

D1 Balmain Leagues Club Precinct

D2 Anka site 118-124 Terry Street Rozelle
Part D2 of the former Leichhardt Development Control Plan 2000 provides site‑specific development controls for the Anka site at 118–124 Terry Street, Rozelle, a large 14,180sqm redevelopment area bounded by Victoria Road, Terry Street and Wellington Street. The purpose of this DCP is to guide the future residential‑led redevelopment of the site, ensuring high‑quality, sustainable urban design supported by a mix of uses.
