Annette Kellerman Aquatic Centre Upgrade

Project address: Annette Kellerman Aquatic Centre, Black Street, Marrickville

Project description: This project is to replace end of life plant at the aquatic centre and improve sustainability and energy performance. Planned works include:

  • Replacement of heating and cooling plant
  • Replacement of aluminium composite cladding on the roof structure
  • Expand existing solar panels
  • Upgrade pool hall lighting

Progress: Project is in planning and design stage.

Expected completion date: July 2024

Budget: Stage 1 $600,000
