2026 Council meeting dates

All meetings commence at 7:30pm in the Council chambers, located at Level 6, Ashfield Service Centre, 260 Liverpool Road, Ashfield, unless otherwise stated. 

A Public Forum will be held prior to each meeting, commencing at 6.30pm. Members of the public wishing to speak at the public forum will be required to register by 2.00pm on the day of the Forum.

Council usually meets on one Tuesday each month, except during January and July when it is in recess.

Public forum records

Since January 2026, public forums are no longer held as part of a Council Meeting, and are therefore not included in the Minutes of the meeting. Instead, a record of the public forum is kept, and will be published here when available.
