Our multicultural collections
Inner West Library provides various multicultural resources to customers of all ages who speak languages other than English, including books, DVDs, CDs, magazines, newspapers and eLibrary collections.
We offer collections in the following languages:

eLibrary
Clear Pronunciation 1 - Recognize and pronounce the 43 sounds of English through audio, video and interactive activities.
Clear Pronunciation 2 - Learn consonant clusters, word stress, sentence stress, connected speech and intonation.
Road to IELTS - A comprehensive online preparation course, with over 120 hours of intensive work on vocabulary, reading, writing, listening and speaking included.
We provide newspapers in 7 languages. Newspapers are only available to read within the library where they are located and only the current issue is held.

Can’t find the language you are looking for?
Our collection includes items in Chinese, Greek, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Vietnamese. However, the library can also arrange loans of books in other languages from the State Library of NSW free of charge for members. Submit the form below to make your request.
