- Project description: This project is to replace end of life plant at the aquatic centre and improve sustainability and energy performance. Planned works include:
- Stage 1:
Replacement of aluminium composite cladding on roof structure. - Stage 2:
Replacement of heating and cooling plant with fully electrified heat pump and chiller system.
Expand existing solar panels.
Roof louvre and skylight replacement. - Progress: Stage 1 works are completed, and stage 2 works are in the planning phase.
- Expected timeframes: Stage 1: January 2024-October 2024, Stage 2: April 2028- September 2028
