If you are a Utility Service Authority/Organisation or agent related you may use the link below to notify Council of planned works as required under the relevant Acts below

These works include notifications under the following Codes, Act and Notice requirements:

• Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) (Act) and Telecommunications Code of Practice 1997 (Cth) (Code)
• NSW Gas Supply Act 1996
• Electricity Supply Act 1995
• State Environment Planning Policy (Infrastructure) 2007
• Land Access and Activity Notices (LAAN)
• Any other general utility notification/consultation.
