Reusable nappies, sanitary and incontinence products rebate

Rebate conditions

• You must be a current resident of Inner West Council, proof of residence required
• Rebate of up to 50% of the product value with proof of purchase excluding any postage costs and discounts applied for eligible products
• Maximum rebate per household is capped at $150 for nappies and $100 for sanitary or incontinence products. Households can claim all three rebate categories.
• Rebate funding is limited and once exhausted, the rebate will stop for this financial year
• You may submit one claim for each category; nappies or sanitary and incontinence products. You can submit multiple receipts under each claim.
• You must attach a receipt or tax invoice which includes the customer’s name, retailer's name, date and clear identification of name and cost of each individual reusable product purchased. We do not accept order summaries as proof of purchase.

Eligible products for the rebate

• Reusable nappies and associated accessories including cloth and swim nappies, toddler night training pants, reusable inner liner for nappies, reusable wipes, wet bags, reusable nursing breast pads
• Reusable sanitary products including leak proof underwear, reusable sanitary pads, sanitary cups /discs and wet bags
• Reusable incontinence products include washable incontinence underwear and waterproof cotton pads
• Receipts and proof of purchase need to be provided.
