Bridgewater Park

Margaret Street, Rozelle

Bridgewater Park is situated on the Iron Cove foreshore on the site of the former Balmain Power Station. The power station's heritage pumphouse building has been preserved as a feature of the park.

The park has two BBQs, a covered seating area, a children's playground with shade cover, and views across Iron Cove to Birkenhead Point. A shared cycling and walking path through the park connects Balmain to the Bay Run.

Constellation Playground is located on the Bay Run in King George Park. As the name suggests, it has a space theme!

The playground is great for all age groups and abilities – with swings, sandpit and slides for toddlers, and a climbing structure, tripod swing and flying fox for older children.

Easton Park

Denison Street, Rozelle

Easton Park was proclaimed as a park by the Governor of NSW on Friday 9 May 1890. The land was originally part of a grant made to William Balmain in 1800. It is a great recreational facility for the community with a sporting ground and a popular playground.

King George Park

Manning Street, Rozelle

King George Park is a fantastic foreshore park located next to the Iron Cove Bridge. The Bay Run curves past the outside of the sporting ground and follows the harbour. There is something for everyone here, including an outdoor fitness station.

O'Connor Reserve

Elizabeth Street, Rozelle

A local park with a shaded playground area. It was named after Richard O'Connor, the last Mayor of the former Balmain Council before it was merged with Glebe and Leichhardt councils in 1948.

Rozelle Common

Between Foucart and Cook Streets, Rozelle – access via 61 Foucart Street or 17-29 Cook Street

A vibrant small park with playground equipment, picnic tables and drinks fountain. This park is very popular with local residents, with shaded areas and formal sandstone edged gardens.
