Summary of proposal
The Planning Proposal seeks to:

- Increase maximum Floor Space Ratio to 4:1,
- Introduce a site-specific local provision allowing residential accommodation on the ground floor, and limited to 88 sqm residential GFA at ground floor level, and
- Introduce a site-specific local provision requiring at least 2% of new residential GFA be provided as affordable housing, either as: dwellings provided on-site and dedicated to Council in perpetuity, or as an equivalent monetary contribution paid to Council.
