NSW Health has outlined conditions of entry for all indoor venues:
- All visitors aged 16 and over must be fully vaccinated to enter the library and will need to provide proof upon entry. Under 16s not fully vaccinated must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult from their household.
- Sign in using COVID safe check in.
- Wear a face mask.
