An Extraordinary Meeting of Council will be held at 5.30pm on Tuesday 24 February 2026 at the Ashfield Service Centre, 260 Liverpool Road, Ashfield.
The meeting will commence at 5.30pm to consider the following business:
- Item 1: Contract renewal: General Manager
Council will move into Closed Session to deal with the above Item as the information is classified as confidential under section 10A(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 1993.
The matter is deemed confidential, as the matter contains personnel matters concerning particular individuals (other than councillors).
Pursuant to section 10A(2) and 10A(3) of the Local Government Act 1993, the media and public will be excluded from the meeting on the basis the business to be considered is classified as confidential under section 10A(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 1993.
Resolutions passed at this meeting will be made public.
