I have thoroughly read the Verge Garden and Adopt-a-Spot Policy and Guidelines

I have discussed the Adopt-a-Spot plans with the neighbours and they agree to my plans

I have contacted Dial Before You Dig and I am aware of any underground services, will only use hand tools and dig no deeper than 300mm

The Adopt-a-Spot will have no hard landscaping or ornamental features

I am responsible for any costs and work associated with restoring the Adopt-a-Spot after any damage

I understand that Council provides public liability insurance for registered verge gardeners who follow the Verge Garden and Adopt-a-Spot Policy and Guidelines, but Council does not provide personal accident insurance

I understand that I need to receive written approval from Council before starting an Adopt-a-Spot
