Speak Out

Inner West Council, in partnership with Leichhardt Women’s Community Health Centre, is leading a grassroots campaign to raise community awareness about how to prevent family violence and abuse of children.

Council’s Speak Out campaign aims to:

• raise awareness about domestic, family and relationship violence; and
• assist people in finding available support and services.

We will be flying street banners and flags in our streets and town halls to bring attention to the Speak our campaign.

We will fly the flags and banners to align with key campaigns such as Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month, National Families Week, Seniors Week, Youth Week, National Child Protection Week.

Also keep an eye out for our Council vehicles which we're badging with magnets to promote Speak Out.
