Big Bike Day

Sunday, 22 September 2019, 11am - 2pm

The 20th Big Bike Day is a celebration of bikes and the people who use them. You might ride to commute, you might love a long ride, you might not even have a bike – all are welcome.

Attendees young and older have the chance to develop their confidence and riding skills, have their bikes tuned up, and discover new cycling routes that suit their needs.

Join us in War Memorial Park - corner of Catherine and Moore Streets, Leichhardt.

Come for the bicycle-powered smoothies and coffee, face painting, bicycle decorating and unicycle rides.

11am-2pm – Free bike tune-ups
12pm – Big Bike Ride (7km, for ages 12 and up)
1.15pm – Kids Bike Ride (1.6km, for children and carers)
11.30am, 12.45pm and 2pm – 'Back on your bike' training (for ages 12 and up – register on the day, first come first served)

Big Bike Day is part of NSW Bike Week, supported by Transport for NSW.
