Food services

Tom Foster Community Care offers a range of food services including bulk meals, centre based meals and meals delivered to client’s homes. Fresh and nutritious meals are prepared on site by qualified staff.

Meals on Wheels 

On a daily basis there is a choice of three main meals, sandwiches, dessert and drinks are optional. Meals may be frozen, chilled or hot. Chilled and frozen meals are delivered in the morning on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Hot meals are delivered at lunch time daily Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. Meals are delivered, by volunteers, to the old local government areas of Marrickville and Leichhardt.


Clients are offered individual meal plans, seasonal menus and a flexible delivery service.

Clients may be invoiced weekly or fortnightly. Payments can be made by direct debit, cheque, money order or credit card.

Main meal $8.40
Dessert $2.50
Sandwich $2.70
Drink $0.80

If you are 65 or over (50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) referrals are made through My Aged Care or call 1800 200 422.
