The essential goals of Fitkids are to improve childrens' gross motor skills, confidence, general fitness, coordination and flexibility.
Our aims include; encouraging participation, improving ability and confidence, making exercise enjoyable, non competitive and fun.
2 to 5 year olds
In this class children will stretch, move and relax
while they develop not only strength, coordination, flexibility and
balance, but also body awareness, better focus and concentration, as
well as self-confidence. Children will be introduced to yoga poses,
breathing exercises and mindfulness through stories, journeys, songs,
music accompanied by live African drum, yoga games and guided
visualizations in a fun, non-competitive and supportive environment.

School holiday programs
We have in the past run successful School holiday classes including: Lets Dance, Cheerleading and Hip Hop, as well as our regular Junior Gymmies and Fit Kids classes.
