Time credit request form

Time credit Requests are available for current Gold members whom wish to put their membership on hold due to holiday, illness, work commitments etc.
Time credits are available without any requirement to provide a reason at the members request, on the following basis:

Time credits must be taken in periods of a minimum of 7 consecutive days, with notice provided in advance of relevant period

3 month membership: 2 weeks time credit
6 month membership: 4 weeks time credit
12 month membership: 8 weeks time credit

Requests must be submitted via the Time Credit Request Application Form:

Either print out the form, fill it in and bring to reception or email a completed form to lpac.enquiries@innerwest.nsw.gov.au

If sufficient notice (30 days) is not given, an adjustment will be made in future direct debit payments.
No time credit is available for corporate or group memberships.
Flexible direct debit memberships are entitled to 8 weeks of time credit accrued within any 12 month period.
Time credits may accrue provided that the member remains in constant membership of LPAC. Renewal must be within six weeks of expiry to retain time credits.
