Green Living Centre

Green Living CentreThe Green Living Centre is a sustainability resource centre in the heart of Newtown. It started as a partnership between City of Sydney and Inner West Council, and is now fully funded by Inner West Council. It has been helping the local community to live a more sustainable life since 2003.

The Centre aims to inspire and support the local community to reduce their environmental impact with a focus on reducing carbon emissions. We have resources and experienced staff to answer your questions about sustainable living. Ask us for tips and advice on how to live more sustainably – worm farming, composting, energy and water efficiency, recycling, natural cleaning, eco-renovation and more. There is something for everyone!
