A message from Amy's family
Volunteering comes in so many forms and impacts all walks of life. For our family, it was sewn into the fabric of our everyday lives. As children, we grew up knowing & understanding that volunteering was something we just did. In our world it was through sports like rugby league.
Through Mum and Dad's efforts, we had an endless stream of people coming to our house to help out with various tasks. Many young men of the time were able to be part of a club, a community and enjoy a nice meal with a family they felt part of.
